Amit was a fashion stylist who was celebrating at the Nova Music Festival when the terrorist organization Hamas attacked and took her hostage. She was raised in Morocco to a single mom.
Amit was an excellent cook, skilled in preparing a variety of dishes. She had a talent for using spices and cooking traditional foods.
She realized her dream when she participated in the last season of the Master Chef programme, filmed in 2023. Although she advanced to the later stages of the competition, she was unable to participate in the planned filing scheduled for December 2023.
